Will I be able to get my money back in total for any payments made towards a payment plan even if they were past the 30-day refund window?
When it comes to payment plans, the refund policy is still in full effect. We are able to refund any and all payments made within the 30-day refund window. However, any payments on the plan made later the refund window, are no longer subject to refund, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
